poor cleaning dust

the staff was very helpful and friendly, which i appreciated.

The cleaning was not good. I saw dust everywhere, and there were hairs all around the ground, beds, and bathroom (it really grossed me out).

I had such a blast ! the breakfast buffet had an amazing array of options. I really enjoyed the fresh pastries. the staff was attentive, always ready to help. i especially appreciated the hotel's prime location. I found it so easy to explore the area.

i did notice that the pool area got quite crowded in the afternoons, making it a little difficult to find a lounger.
